Dr. Huth | Medical Director

Born and raised in Staten Island, New York, Dr. Huth completed his undergraduate studies at The State University of New York at Albany and then relocated to Florida, where he graduated from the College of Veterinary Medicine at University of Florida with honors. Since receiving his DVM in 1996, Dr. Huth has lived in Greensboro, North Carolina and practiced locally in the area. His first position was with a multi-doctor practice in northwest Greensboro until January 2000. After that, Dr. Huth devoted his professional career to advancing his skills in emergency medicine and surgery, practicing for one of the Triad's largest emergency clinics. His desire to return to long-term care and life-long relationships with his patients and their owners brought him back into private practice.

I Love My Job
Enjoying his work with animals of all shapes and sizes, his experience has included everything from dogs and cats, to birds, rabbits, ferrets, pocket pets and reptiles. During his years of practice, Dr. Huth has provided full medical and surgical care for all types of household pets, as well as exotic consultation by veterinary referral. These referrals have expanded as far as Virginia and the North Carolina coast.

Great Years and More To Come
While in Florida, Dr. Huth met his wife, Brenda, and they have been married since 1992. They established their home in southeast Greensboro in May 1996, where they raised their two children, Ryan and Shannon. Dr. Huth enjoys outdoor activities with his family, including horseback riding, hiking and gardening.

Dr. Linderer

Originally from Lincoln, Nebraska, Dr. Linderer has wanted to be a veterinarian since she learned to spell the word in the 2nd grade. She received her Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Science with a minor in Animal Science from the University of Nebraska, Lincoln, and went on to Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine with a clinical year at Oklahoma State University, where she met her husband, Scott. They are excited to relocate to Kernersville with their Newfoundland, Groot (found on Facebook and Instagram @Grootapotamus), St. Kitts island mix, Binx, Calico Domestic Shorthair, Nelle, and Maine Coon mix, Cadbury.

When Dr. Linderer isn't at work, she enjoys hiking, video games, gardening, home improvement projects, and travel, both international and domestic to state and national parks. She hopes to be able to check the last continent (Antarctica) off her list soon.

Dr. Linderer's favorite parts of being a veterinarian are animal behavior, client education, and new puppy/kitten visits. She wishes she could tell every pet owner that, "heartworm prevention is far less expensive than heartworm treatment" and "you CAN teach an old dog (or cat) new tricks!"

Dr. Eldred

Dr. Samantha Eldred grew up in Battle Creek, Michigan. She completed both her undergraduate studies and her veterinary medicine degree at Michigan State University (Go Green!). Dr. Eldred moved to North Carolina with her husband in 2015. They have two dogs: Gunner, a Labrador retriever/Rottweiler mix, and Sadie, a German Shepherd.

When she's not helping your furry family members, Dr. Eldred loves spending time with her husband and their son Everett, reading, gardening, hiking, and anything that involves being outside and active.

As a veterinarian, Dr. Eldred loves the gratification of both keeping pets healthy through preventative medicine and helping them feel better by piecing together the puzzle of their ailments. Those kisses, snuggles, and tail wags are an added bonus!

Been going to Stoney Creek for 14 years and have never been dissatisfied. Excellent service at affordable prices. All of the vets and staff are very professional and and compassionate. Would definitely recommend to anyone that is looking for an excellent vet as well as grooming, boarding, therapy and all other services that they offer.
